These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations and visits to Mystic Joe.

Hereinafter referred to as 'Mystic Joe', 'we' or 'us'.

2. Reservations

2.1 Reservations can be made through our website and the connected Guestplan reservation system.

2.2 A reservation is confirmed once the guest has received a confirmation.

2.3 Guests must provide accurate contact and reservation details.

2.4 For reservations of 8 guests or more, please contact us directly at mail@mysticjoe.nl.

2.5 Mystic Joe reserves the right to decline reservation requests where reasonably necessary, for example due to capacity limitations or exceptional circumstances.

3. Arrival and late arrivals

3.1 We kindly ask guests to arrive on time.

3.2 Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.

3.3 If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible.

3.4 After 15 minutes, Mystic Joe may release the table to other guests. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that your original reservation will remain available.

4. Cancellations and changes

4.1 Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.

4.2 Cancellations can be made using the cancellation option in the reservation confirmation or by contacting us directly.

4.3 We do not charge cancellation fees.

4.4 Changes to the number of guests or arrival time are subject to availability.

5. No-shows

5.1 Mystic Joe does not charge no-show fees.

5.2 We kindly appreciate guests cancelling their reservation if they are unable to attend, allowing us to welcome other guests.

6. Group reservations and events

6.1 For reservations of 8 guests or more, please contact us directly.

6.2 Separate written arrangements may be made for private events, packages or special group bookings.

6.3 Any separately agreed terms apply alongside or in place of these Terms & Conditions where expressly agreed.

7. Payments and prices

7.1 All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.

7.2 Payment is made using the payment methods available at our venue.

7.3 No standard deposit is required for regular table reservations.

7.4 Different payment arrangements may apply to special events or customised packages, provided these are clearly agreed in advance.

8. Allergies and dietary requirements

8.1 Guests are requested to inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.

8.2 Mystic Joe takes reasonable care when handling allergy and dietary requests. However, we cannot guarantee that dishes are entirely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

8.3 Guests with severe allergies are requested to contact us in advance.

9. Conduct and house rules

9.1 We want every guest to enjoy a pleasant and safe experience.

9.2 Guests are expected to treat our staff, other guests and the venue with respect.

9.3 Damage to property, intimidation, aggression or other serious inappropriate behaviour may result in a guest being asked to leave.

9.4 Mystic Joe reserves the right to refuse entry where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

9.5 Alcohol is only served to persons aged 18 and over. Valid identification may be requested where age is uncertain.

10. Liability

10.1 Mystic Joe will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and quality of its services.

10.2 Mystic Joe shall not be liable for damage to the extent that such damage is legally attributable to the guest.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for intent or wilful recklessness where legally applicable.

10.4 Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings.

11. Force majeure

11.1 In the event of force majeure, Mystic Joe may amend or cancel a reservation where performance is reasonably impossible.

11.2 Force majeure includes circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as fire, serious technical failures, government measures and other unforeseen events.

11.3 If Mystic Joe cancels a reservation, any amount prepaid for services not provided will be refunded.

12. Privacy

12.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Reservation information is used to process and manage bookings and related communications.

12.3 Subscribing to newsletters and marketing communications is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of making a reservation.

13. Applicable law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

13.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable legal rules.

13.3 Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
