WHAT OR WHO IS MYSTIC JOE? Mystic Joe is a Polynesian-inspired restaurant destination coming to Utrecht. It combines immersive storytelling, unique exotic foods, handcrafted cocktails and a fully themed environment to create an experience that feels like stepping into a hidden island discovered by an adventurous explorer.

Legend tells of Mystic Joe, a mysterious wanderer who travelled the world in search of forgotten islands, ancient artefacts, and lost secrets. After years of exploration, his collection of discoveries has found a new home, hidden somewhere in Utrecht, soon to be shared with the world.
